I have previously purchased this bag 3x in the past. It's a bag for Vrods, but I have used it on a Harley and 2 Indian luggage racks. It's a great bag and the perfect size for my needs. On my latest purchase, the attachment points changed, not fitting my needs. I contacted them, send it back with pictures of my old one. They added new attachment points and as a bonus put two straps underneath to keep the bag from bouncing. It's now a perfect bag. At no cost!!! Their customer service is the best I have ever encountered.
